3. Fill out our membership application.
4. We will get your membership all set up, take payment, take your picture, and issue you a membership card.
5. You enjoy all that the Southwestern Montana Family YMCA has to offer!

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
1. Joining fee and the current month dues (pro-rated) are due at the time of sign-up.
2. Acceptable payment forms are cash, check, or credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.  We do not accept American Express, Apple Pay, or Tap to Pay.
3. You may choose to pay monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually. Annual pre-payers receive 10% off of their dues.
4. We encourage all monthly payers to set up auto-pay with a credit card or electronic funds transfer (voided check required) so you do not have the added hassle of remembering to bring cash or a check each month.
5. Should any member's debit not be honored by the credit card company or bank for any reason, the member is still responsible for that debt. The membership is also subject to termination if the debt becomes large (e.g. $300+) and is not paid.

OTHER DETAILS:
1.
The joining fee is paid only once as long as your membership stays active and in good standing.  If you choose to terminate your membership or your membership falls into payment default and you later wish to rejoin, the joining fee must be paid again along with any outstanding balance.
2. Your
membership is a subscription and as such it will continue to auto-renew every month unless a termination form is completed at Southwestern Montana Family YMCA.
You may terminate at any time before the 25th of the month prior by signing a termination form (required). However, your membership will remain active and accumulating dues until you have signed the termination form. You are responsible for all dues and charges regardless of whether or not your membership is set up for auto-pay, whether or not you have used the facility, if you are still in town or not, or have put a stop payment on your choosen payment method.
3.  All current military and veterans receive 50% off of the joining fee. Let our staff know and show military ID.
4. Financial assistance is available for low income families.  Please print and complete our Open Door Scholarship application HERE and return it with all necessary paperwork to the Y before signing up for a membership in order to receive a discount.
5.
All membership terminations/cancellations are effective on the last day of the month. A YMCA termination form must be received no later than the 25th of the month prior to the termination/cancellation. These forms are available at the YMCA front desk. No refunds are given and you are responsible for the current month dues regardless of your payment draft date. Your draft date does not determine your membership renewal date, all memberships renew on the 1st of every month. Upon cancellation of your membership, if you wish to rejoin the YMCA, joining fees and any outstanding balances will apply.
6. We allow memberships to be put on hold for medical reasons only.  We must receive a note from your doctor.  Holds are placed for 3 months but can be released sooner if your doctor permits.
7. Members MUST scan their membership ID card to enter the YMCA. If you’ve lost your member I.D. card, there is a $2.00 fee to replace it.  You have the option to download your ID card to your phone by logging into your account through this website.  Please contact the front desk if you are unable to access your account.
8. Once you have access to your account online, you will be able to register anyone on your membership for programs at the YMCA.
9. Memberships are NON-TRANSFERABLE and are not shareable.  Single, family, and senior memberships have guest passes.  You may use those guest passes for friends and family members not on your membership.  Guest passes renew every January 1st and do not carry over from year to year.

HOW WE OPERATE:
1.  Everyone using our facility must check-in either with their membership scan card or with the front desk.

3. Parents are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times.  Children left unattended in our facility are still under the responsiblity of their parents.
4. Without parental supervision, no one under the age of 13 is allowed in the fitness center, no one under the age of 16 is allowed upstairs, no one under the age of 6 is allowed in the pool area.  Because of these rules, we suggest parents do not drop off their young children and leave the facility.
