Join us at the Y for fun, energizing group fitness classes!! Led by our dynamic fitness instructors, our classes will get you in great physical and mental shape. No reservation is required at this time. Come anytime!

Biker Blast- This high energy, low impact workout on a stationary bike is led by an upbeat and fun instructor. You will be challenged both physically and mentally as you ride to some great tunes. Sweating is required so bring a towel and a water bottle and jump in. Class size is limited, first come, first served. All fitness levels welcome and encouraged to attend.
Body Blitz- Start your morning out with a high-intensity group fitness class that will have you doing a range exercises to get different muscle groups working, especially your arms and core, and strengthen your body as you go. This fast-paced, barbell-based workout class is specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. This class will begin with a bang and end with a stretch that will get you ready for the day.
Chair Yoga- Perfect for beginners, seniors, or anyone looking for a low-impact practice, this class uses a chair for support and stability—no need to get down on the floor. You’ll move through stretches, breathing exercises, and mindful movements designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength while reducing stress and tension—one breath at a time.
Interval Strength- Become stronger and faster by working out less! Everyone wants to exercise, but not everyone has the time. Interval Strength training goes hard for short periods, with intervals of rest. Increase your heart rate while improving your strength, boost your power and endurance, and work your entire body with challenging moves.
Senior Fit- This low impact class combines cardiovascular fitness and strength with balance and flexibility to help participants stay fit with minimal impact on the joints. All fitness levels welcome and encouraged to attend. “Senior” is only a description, not a requirement; all ages are welcome!
Strength and Conditioning- This class is an aerobic and strength conditioning workout class. This class includes weight training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises, and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout. Weights improve the strength of your heart and body in this combination class.
Strength Pilates- This class combines traditional Pilates principles with strength-focused movements to help you build muscle, improve posture, and increase stability. Using a mix of body weight exercises, resistance bands, free weights, and Pilates techniques, you’ll challenge your core while also strengthening arms, legs, and back. Expect a dynamic, low-impact workout that enhances flexibility, balance, and endurance—all while supporting joint health and proper alignment. Perfect for anyone looking to tone, build strength, and move with greater control.
Rapid Burn- A 30-minute cardio class offering a variety of high-energy workouts to boost heart health and burn calories. Designed to be accessible for all fitness levels, with options for both low-impact and high-intensity variations. The class may incorporate exercises like running, jumping, lunging, squatting, or even dance-based movements, all while keeping your heart rate elevated.
Restorative Yoga- Slow down and find deep relaxation in this gentle, healing practice designed to restore both body and mind. This class is perfect for all levels and ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, recovery, or a peaceful reset. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.
Ride to the Rhythm- Experience intervals, rolling hills, sprints, and jumps all to music hand-picked by a dynamic instructor aimed to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride!
Yoga Strength- A more strenuous yoga that will strengthen your core muscles while giving you a deep stretch to help relax and rejuvenate your muscles. All fitness levels welcome and encouraged to attend.
